Welcome to Michelsons.com. Michelsons.com and its affiliates provide access to the Michelsons.com website (the "website") and sell our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.

Please read these conditions carefully before using the Michelsons.com website. By using the Michelsons.com website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

Delivery Information 

Orders placed before 3pm on a Monday - Thursday will be despatched on the same working day, orders placed before 12pm on a Friday will be despatched on the same working day. Orders Received after 12pm on a Friday through to Sunday will be despatched on the Monday.

Standard UK Delivery

£2.50 delivery charge for orders of value £30.00 and under.

FREE delivery on orders over £30.00

Standard delivery orders are shipped by Royal Mail 1st class post.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (UK ONLY)

We also offer Express Delivery for UK orders the cost for this is an additional £7.00

The delivery time for express delivery is 1 - 2 working days after the order has been dispatched. ( e.g. Monday to Friday), orders must be placed prior to 3pm Monday to Thursday for your order to be dispatched the same day, orders must be placed prior to 12pm on the Friday for the order to be dispatched on the Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the Monday.

Rest of the World

£8 for all orders, all order will be shipped via Air Mail

International Signed For Delivery

Europe

£8.50 for International Signed For Delivery, all orders will be shipped via International Signed For Delivery.

USA

£9.50 for International Signed For Delivery, all orders will be shipped via International Signed For Delivery.

Payment

When you place an order with Michelsons.com payments can be made through Opayo if you wish to pay via Credit or Debit card or through PayPal. Opayo offer a secure and effecient online payment service,  

We can also take your payment over the phone also by using a service offered by Opayo, if you wish to place an order over the phone please phone us on 01795432400. Michelsons.com do not store or retain any credit or debit card details which may be given over the phone.

Returns

All items sold by Michelsons.com are in new condition. We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give you a full refund for the items, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Please return any free gifts received with your order to receive a full product refund.

Any returns should be made within 14 days of when you received your order, if you would like to make a return please return it to us at our address below:

Our contract

When you place an order to purchase a product from Michelsons.com, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and is confirmed by an email we send to you confirming that we have indeed dispatched the goods. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Confirmation Email to you. Any products on the same order which we are not confirmed in that Confirmation Email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract. You are seeking to enter into a contract with Michelsons UK when you place an order.

Pricing and availability

We expect to be able to meet the demand for our products that we advertise through the michelsons.com website. We will do our best to fulfil every order placed but do not guarantee the availability of all of our products all of the time. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the products on the website may be mis-priced. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Customs

When ordering goods from Michelsons.com for delivery overseas the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance are to be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions
